AN2207: Lock-in Milliohmmeter

This Application Note describes a lock-in milliohmmeter. A milliohmmeter is a handy tool for tasks such as measuring a switch’s contact resistance and checking the trace resistance on a PCB. Lock-in modulation technology, which is used in this design, reduces noise and allows users to measure resistance with a sufficiently low test current.
