Googling for an M8C division routine in assembler, i came across a (broken) link to some code from MrZee within one of the forums here. Since the link is still broken, a search in the forums didn't show up anything else useful, and MrZee didn't respond yet to my private mail, does anybody by chance have that code snippet around?

Thanks,

-- Thjilo

Hows this for a really late response to a question? lol

I wrote those articles a long time ago and recently was reminded about them. So a friend suggested the wayback machine. It worked!

So here are the articles as taken by a snapshot at the time. Please excuse the typo's in the articles.

[quote="ericb":17ydasuz]Thjilo,
Please provide a link to the topic in the forum topic with the bad link and I'll see what I can do to help.

Cheers,
Eric[/quote:17ydasuz]

It was in a thread that appears to have been deleted.

It used to contain:
Analog article
Digital article
Sqrt and divide artice
and a few others.

I can't seem to find it now on the site however.

Thjilo,

Check out AN2101. That may be of help to you.

Also, check out the math library in the PSoC Designer. You can find details of the libraries in Project>>Documentation menu. The file name is "Libraries User Guide.pdf". The library has all math functions which you can call from assembly.
