Hello,

Is it possible to put in parallel the 4 mosfet in the intention of having more current?

In the PPSoC chip, the available 4 FETs can be put in parallel.
This is called channel bonding and can be done by using the CHBOND_CR register (Check Technical Reference Manual).
By doing so the output of one hysteretic controller can be used to drive 4 FETs that are in parallel.
Externally all the SWx pins and the PGNDx pins need to be connected together.

From a cost standpoint, it is best to route the GDx pin to an external FET that meets the same current requirement.
