Device Protection don't work

Postby psocExperimenter » Wed Jul 31, 2013 1:44 am

I checked in DWR Device Protection options
TRM says, it lock the chip permanently, like OTP memory.
However rewriting FLASH still works.
Device programming manual say:
Note that when the WO NVL is programmed with the correct 32-bit key (0x50536F43)and the device is reset after program-ming, the part cannot be programmed further, and becomes an OTP (One Time Programmable) deviceManual
Is setting Device Protection in GUI settings the same, as in above mentioned manual?
The guys in cyp support are hanging for weeks with this answer. Maybe You know.
