eeprom with i2c interface

hi,

i want to communicate with eeprom as slave using i2c,am using 24AA32A-ISN eeprom.i need to access the data from the eeprom by accessing slave eeprom's address, then its register address and display it in the LCD. how can i address both slave and its register..?


please help me out.. am new to psoc..

I did not have a look into the eeprom's datasheet yet, but I would suggest to use the low-level I2C-APIs.
Start, write register, restart, read as many bytes as needed, Stop. This would be the usual sequence to read a couple of bytes. Stick to the datasheet.

Yesterday i tried with low level APIs and it worked well.
