Thank you for your response. while running the Psoc 5 lp program the program reset will occur 4 or more times . Is it due to any hardware problem? Is there any pin configuration change should be made while converting Psoc3 to Psoc5lp?can you explain it

Are you in your own board layout or using a Cypress DVK to run the
program ?

Program reset can occur because of -

1) Transients on pins, especially if you are driving motors, relays, L loads. Use
a scope and set it to trigger ~ -.5 V and then Vdd + .5V and look at pins to see
if you are getting any triggers.

2) Unused pins not masked out during port reads, in other words reading invalid data and
tehn testing in code to execute a reset.

3)You running watchdog ? This may help - http://www.cypress.com/?id=4&rID=91775 and

4) Vdd transients, use scope on peak detect or set trigger for < Vdd min

Hi danadak,
Thank you for your response. The resetting occur while reading the channels of Delta Sigma ADC. can you say the reason for resetting?

You might consider posting your project so the forum can look at it.

What DVK board are you using ? Your own or a Cypress board ?

One test you could make is use one of the PSOC 5LP example projects on your
board for the DelSig. This would guide one to believe, if it also fails, there is a
board issue. On start page of Creator, "Find Example Project"......
