Can I program a CY8C20236A using a CY3270 starter kit?

Questions about programming (not codeing) PSoCs and Encore II as well as freeware programming hardware and software are discussed here. This is also the place to talk about production programming. Programming means loading a HEX file in to the Flash, not, writing your program.

Can I program a CY8C20236A using a CY3270 starter kit?

The first 5 (odd numbered) pins on the USB bridge board have the same ISSP signals as a Miniprog, and are clearly suitable for programming the CY8C21434 on the FirstTouch eval board.
But when I attempt to program a CY8C20236A I get the error 'Detected SiliconID: "00 00 01 15" is not in database'.

Is this possible?
