problem programing 26443-24PI

Questions about programming (not codeing) PSoCs and Encore II as well as freeware programming hardware and software are discussed here. This is also the place to talk about production programming. Programming means loading a HEX file in to the Flash, not, writing your program.

Postby sholzan on Mon Jun 05, 2006 9:21 am

ive received a few parts of the 26443-24PI chips, but im having trouble programing it.

in the PSoC Programer Device Family/Device i cant choose this particular model. only the 26443 shows up, not the 26443-24PI.

and i get this message when i try to program with the 26443 device selected:

Check Device Family/Device setting or Programming Mode
Target Device Silicon: 03, Family/Die: 00, Major Rev: N does not match chosen Device
Is not in the database

What is the programmer you are using? Miniprogrammer does not support the 25/26 families. You will have to use ICE-4000.
